What the builders have announced
The official Bridgelands site describes a new master-planned community at Weston Road and Teston Road created by ARISTA, DECO Homes and OPUS Homes, combining towns and detached homes with parks, pathways and green space.
It is the only Block 41 community where a named builder group, a consumer brand and an official website all line up. That makes it the natural starting point for most buyers researching Block 41.
Bridgelands vs. Block 41
Block 41 is the City's planning name for the whole 428-hectare area. Bridgelands is one builder group's community brand within it. Other landowners, such as Hill, also list future homes in Block 41, so the two names are not interchangeable.
What is not released yet
As of October 16, 2026 the official site does not publish model-level pricing, floor plans, deposit schedules or closing dates. Treat any specific number you see elsewhere as unofficial until the builders release it.
