Bridgelands vs. Block 41: Brand vs. Planning Area
Updated
Many buyers use 'Block 41' and 'Bridgelands' interchangeably. They overlap, but they are not the same thing.
Block 41 is the planning area
Block 41 is the name the City of Vaughan uses for the New Community Area between Kirby, Weston, Teston and Pine Valley. Several landowners hold land inside it.
Bridgelands is a community brand
The official Bridgelands site describes a master-planned community at Weston Road and Teston Road created by three builders: ARISTA, DECO Homes and OPUS Homes, with towns and detached homes.
Other builders in Block 41
Hill Group lists a separate future collection of 350 detached homes and townhomes in Block 41. Lormel Homes also holds unnamed lands in the area, separate from its Balmoral Estates community south of Teston.
