Block 41 Boundaries: What's Inside the Planning Area

Block 41 is a planning area, not a brand. Knowing its four edges helps you tell which communities are actually inside it and which are simply nearby.
The four edges
The City of Vaughan describes Block 41 as about 428 hectares bounded by Kirby Road to the north, Weston Road to the east, Teston Road to the south and Pine Valley Drive to the west.
Land on the far side of any of those roads belongs to a different planning block, even if a marketing site uses the same intersection name.
Why intersections are ambiguous
Weston & Teston and Pine Valley & Teston are corners of Block 41. A community 'at Weston & Teston' could sit on any of four corners — only one of them is inside Block 41.
That is why this site labels UpTown Woodbridge and West & Pines as 'location unconfirmed' until a site plan or planning file confirms the parcel.
How to confirm a parcel yourself
Ask for the draft plan of subdivision or site plan, find the street frontage, and compare it with the City's Block 41 map. The planning file number on a builder's agreement can also be searched in City reports.
